The Secret of Social Media… Don’t Be Annoying! Keep the Social in Social Media.

You know you have had it happen too… Some annoying salesperson pushing you to buy their product or service. Unfortunately, we have experienced the same kind of stuff on Social Media too. We must remember Social Media is a conversational platform, not a selling platform. Be Social first, let people get to know you so they get a chance to see if they want to do business with you. This is a great opportunity to offer value and show how awesome you are! And a good rule to live by:

    Hi Paul, great video and your point is well taken. Car salesmen have always had a bad reputation of being overly pushy and I see a lot of that going on in social media. Thanks for spreading the word to those who don't get it yet :)
